I am only going to give Grande Air Solutions 5 stars because that is all that I can give. If allowed, I would definitely give more! I am very impressed with this business. They are very prompt and meticulous with their work. That being said, there was an issue that I was not completely satisfied with. I spoke with one of the owners and she immediately set out to solve the problem. Because it was late in the evening, the very next morning the owner himself came to my house to resolve the issue.
A phone call is all it took. You definitely do not see that kind of service very often! To me, that shows reliability and trustworthiness. I will be using them again and I will also be recommending them to anyone who wants professional, quality service and workmanship. Anyone with AC problems or just needing routine maintenance give them a call. You definitely won't be sorry!

Came in on a Sunday, same day I called, after my outside unit stopped turning and we were without AC an entire night and half-day. The tech (Jaime O) was kind, professional, diagnosed a bad motor and and replaced it quickly. Would definitely use again.

First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

My husband was very impressed with the service we were given and said the Tech was very knowledgeable and came straight to us first thing in the morning when we called after business hours the night before. Our AC was not blowing cold air and he fixed it easily and told us that our system was still under warranty so all we had to pay for was labor. Now were cool and happy in Texas hot October nights lol
