I'll Take That Junk is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in terms of good pricing and excellent customer service. They answer or respond to calls quickly, were very flexible with our multiple dumpster requests and provided kind and courteous service. I rented 3 different dumpsters from them and they always came on time as expected and made my clean out job soooo much easier. Thank you ITTJ!

Super quick turnaround, which is important when we're dealing with junk. I called in the morning had the dumpster a few hours later, filled it that day, called to see if they'd pick it up early, and it was gone the next day. I couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Wonderfully easy process at a decent price. The equipment was in good shape, and they did a great job dropping the container where it was needed, and getting it back out trouble free. I'd absolutely call them again the next time I need a dumpster!

I spoke with Joshua to request a quote for a 15 yard dumpster. They were very clear about what could go in the dumpster and how to dispose of certain items. Ordered it on a Friday and it was dropped of on Monday. Great service and CLEAN dumpster. Definitely recommend!

During this stressful time these guys went above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend! I called others and only one other got back to me and couldn't give "real" quote. The rest never even called. They got back to me in a timely fashion with quote and were very professional! Thank you guys!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to definitely write a review with this one. I was in need for trash removal and got recommended to this company. I texted these guys late night and instantly got a reply within minutes. Next thing you know, they were at my door first thing in the morning. These guys were extremely friendly, fast and reasonable in price for this kind of labor. I literally think I snapped my fingers and all my junk was gone. I would definitely call them again!

Joshua and Tom are life savers. They were responsive, super friendly and SO FAST. They cleaned out my cellar and a room in my house. They flew through it. They were very courteous and friendly. Can't recommend them enough. Also, I really like the idea of supporting local small business in Worcester, opposed with going with a chain junk removal place. I'll Take That Junk was much easier to deal with. Reasonable pricing. Fantastic!

Easy setup, one phone call setup the drop off and pickup. They were great to work with, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an open top dumpster for cleanups. They weren't picky about what went in the dumpster, and advised how to load the unusual items. Don't hesitate to call these folks.

Second time using these guys today and I can't say enough good stuff. I've used 3-4 other dumpster companies (we do a lot of small reno projects and just moved) and they are far and away the best. Courteous, professional, prompt--I never thought I'd love a dumpster company, but I love these guys. Especially if you have a Bagster, call these guys first! They will come faster and they will even leave the Bagster behind if you ask. Give your money to the local nice guys vs a huge corporation.
