Charlie James who came to quote us was very patient, quick and responsive in everything we asked or needed. All of the company staff, from the phone calls to the office to the crew supervisor Dallas, have all been kind and respond quickly to any questions/help we have needed. You don't meet Charlie James, sales exec, you make a friend. Charlie ran all over the place to find us a unique item we wanted, asking nothing in return. Our roof was severely damaged after being struck by lightning during a recent storm. After receiving several different estimates we contracted with The Roofing Company to do the repair. First of all just let me say that this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had from any contractor that I have dealt with in quite a long time.
