Patrick was great to work with. We called to get an A/C and furnace replacement. He was able to get us an estimate and scheduled for the replacement quickly. His team arrived on time, completed the work and left the area completely clean. We had a minor issue after the install. Patrick was very quick to respond and worked hard to make sure it was right. Overall PGX was great to work with and I would highly recommend. It's obvious that Patrick cares about his customers and making sure he provides the best service possible.

I called Patrick to get a quote on a furnace and air conditioning install. Patrick asked a few questions and after seeing a couple of pictures he sent me a quote that evening. When I called to schedule installation he was able to do it within a week. Patrick and his crew were efficient, polite and cleaned up including removing the old equipment. I highly recommend PGX for your heating and AC install.

I needed a new furnace so I called PGX heating/cooling and was answered almost immediately. They quoted me a reasonable price fast and a week later I was getting a brand new furnace installed. We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem. Patrick came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the gas valve and the furnace has been working properly ever since. He even responded to me when he was on vacation to help us get to the bottom of the problem. Professional, on-time, caring, friendly, responsive, patient, intelligent and knowledgeable are a few thoughts that come to mind when I think of Patrick.
