I'm only writing this review to highlight the efforts of an individual technician. Zach Brownfield has over 10 years of experience in and out of Hawaii. His skill and expertise is extremely evident in his work. It's clear to me he is passionate about his trade and it's also clear his training polished him into the highly skilled technician he is today. Not only did Zach install 3 faucets and drains, a water softener, a toilet, and repair a hot water heater, he provided detailed explanations of what he was doing and took the time to provide tips and tricks to better maintain all of these items.

I watched as Zach meticulously installed these items leaving no stone unturned and taking no shortcuts. Zach also repaired problematic items performed by an unskilled plumber from another company. It was clear Zach was focused on getting the job done to completeness and perfection, time was not his priority, but rather, Zach went above and beyond and though I believe the prices are too high Zach did his best to find ways to make the service affordable.

If this review was for Zach alone, it would be a 10/5 (Amazing job), but due to the price gouging, I rate Steve's Plumbing a 4. HIGHLY recommend you call and request Zach for all your plumbing needs in the future!

Rodney saved the day! We recently had our bathroom renovated and could not figure out why our new toilet was not flushing the way it should be. We called Steve's as we have used them before, and Rodney was there the same day, quickly figured out the problem and a solution! He was able to gracefully pull out a few caps that had got pulled into the toilet bowl (during the renovation) which he thankfully had to spend sometime to get them out as they were really stuck in there. Thank you for taking your time Rodney to figure out the issue and find a solution!

Pipe Whisperer. Matthew Gillander is the name given to a man who will forever be known as the pipe whisperer. He speaks to stubborn pipes and gets them to release the clogs and bad mojo that stops the flow. Thank you sir for clearing the recurring clogs that other so called professionals could not. Aloha, I would just like to leave a service review for the plumbers at Steve's Plumbing! For the past month we've been having some issues with our bathroom plumbing, and the plumbers from Steve's Plumbing have then absolutely exceptional! There was one plumber who stayed over four hours to try and solve our drainage problem. He did not leave until 1 AM and was so gracious after working so hard to resolve the problem which he did. However, we had an issue in the guest bathroom and our plumber Sunny was able to come in, assess the problem and work on the drainage until it was solved! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even cleaned our tub and toilet before he left! We are very happy with Steve's Plumbing and hopefully the issue has been solved!

Excellent experience from booking the appointment, to the service call itself (Josh, the technician, even came earlier than promised). The work was high quality and everything was done in a minimally invasive way with little mess. Recommended.

Steve's Plumbing is professional in uniform and interactions. They were easy to talk with and sincere while listening to your concerns. They were not insistent on what you needed to do. They did what you called them to do, did the work fast and professionally. They were polite. I would call them anytime over their competitors. I recommend Steve's Plumbing to others.

Steve's Plumbing and AC came recommended to me so I called them when I had an issue with my old AC unit. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Jake came out for the service call in the early part of the window given to me (always helpful!). Jake explained everything, gave me options for a repair needed as well as let me know what to expect within the next 2 yrs so that I could plan. No high pressure upselling and he fixed the problem. I will use them again if/when the need arises!

Fantastic service in all aspects! Easy to make an appointment with the friendly dispatcher and they arrived at the agreed time the next day. Leland & Nate came and they quickly identified the problems and took care of them. Leland was very clear and professional in explaining the solutions. We detected a leak coming through the ceiling and called for a plumber right away. Steve's Plumbing was the first to respond and they let us know we'd be contacted within the hour. Two hours later we received a call and was told to expect someone shortly. Levi arrived and assessed the situation, recommending a leak test be done. Three holes in the ceiling and $729 later, Brendan was able to identify the source of our leak, and recommended we replace a section of the pipe.

The pipe replacement was done quickly and we also opted for additional preventative maintenance be done throughout the house. Brendan was very professional and provided insight into what we should keep an eye on. I would provide additional stars, but didn't care for the fact that they ask an additional fee to warranty their work. I'm not sure if this is an industry standard, so take that with a grain of salt.

Aaron did a great job in finding my leak, changed out my 2 toilet insides fast and double checked there was no more leaks I am pleased and very happy will use them again. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Installation, Plumbing leak repair

Thank you to Richard from Steve's Plumbing and A/C service for servicing our AC unit. It started leaking water on Thursday night, made an appointment online on Friday and got a call from their office. We were able to get our unit serviced on Monday. Richard was extremely informative and efficient. He gave us options for pricing. We were mostly concerned with the unit that was leaking, but he was able to clean the drain and service the other two units for a decent rate.

He also gave us maintenance tips for us to keep our ACs running well in between service appointments. Mahalo to Richard and Steve's Plumbing for helping us with all of our ACs, especially our leaking AC unit!

New review: My scheduling experiences have been much better lately. Plumbing Technicians (Matt and David) and A/C Technicians (Justin) were thorough and great. I have consistently had issues with the call center, however, the plumbers are always great. Matt represents the company extremely well. He is patient and explains well. He is the reason I continue to use Steve's Plumbing despite having issues with the consistent rescheduling and full voicemail box when I return a call.
