We've been utilizing SIMBA Property Managements services for about a year and have not had a single problem, concern, or negative issue. At first we tried to rent our property on our own thinking we'd save some money, which proved to be more difficult than we expected. Finally we had enough and after being referred to SIMBA Property Management we thought we'd give it a try, and wow are we grateful we found them.
They communicate well, find solutions instead of presenting us with problems, and have always been forthcoming and honest. We will be staying with SIMBA Property Management as long as we are renting out our property and will refer them to anyone wishing to do the same.
