Sr. Tech Eric B. efficiently took meticulous care of our family's plumbing issues for this visit. I was truly impressed by his vast knowledge and how he literally explained what were our issues, what likely caused them, and he further made recommendations for different courses of action, but always informed us as to what was the latest quality parts and methods and left us the choice for how to move forward.

His honesty, dedication to his work and attention to detail were evident in everything he did reflect well on himself and the business. This is why we continue to choose Michael & Sons for dependable, quality plumbing work.
