Our Florida-licensed assessors perform independent post-remediation verification to confirm successful mold removal. We use visual inspections and air sampling to ensure compliance with safety standards. Contractors receive digital clearance reports and branded certificates for client assurance.

We found mold in the HVAC closet and have a 3 month old. Joe was able to come out within an hour of calling him to test and return the results a few hours later. Great service! Will definitely use him again in the future if we need to.

I had a mold issue after my house being flooded by hurricane Idalia and paying a remediation company to correct it. The remediation job was not completed according to standards. I needed to get a mold test done for disputing the remediation company's shabby work. Called Joe, he was able to meet me the next day. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process and regulations. Joe also got the lab results back in a short amount of time which gave me more ammunition for the dispute. I definitely recommend Tampa Bay Mold Testing.

The service from Joe Margherita was seamless. to the point, and very professional. I expected an upsell or fat-talking salesman, but that's the opposite of what I got from Joe. My mold problem was very real, but it was found in its entirety and eliminated as were my fears. I can easily say as a homeowner that this was my best experience by far with any home contracting company with which I have ever dealt.

As a real estate agent, I have worked with several mold inspection companies, but none have been as experienced, as knowledgeable or as thorough as St. Petersburg Mold Inspection. On one property where we had an unexpected failure, they came back at no extra charge and did a thorough inspection of the area. Then they gave a very detailed list of recommended things to do to remedy the situation, which included pictures and detailed instructions. As result, the follow up test passed. Along with this, their prices are very reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone who needs mold testing.
