Services
Air Duct Cleaning
Our patented three-component system thoroughly cleans HVAC ductwork using high-pressure air, Teflon ball technology, and truck-mounted vacuums. This method removes accumulated dust, allergens, and debris that standard cleaning misses. Regular maintenance improves air quality and system efficiency while reducing energy costs.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional cleaning of dryer exhaust systems prevents fire hazards and improves appliance efficiency. We remove lint buildup from vents, ducts, and exterior ports using specialized equipment. This service reduces drying times and lowers energy consumption while eliminating carbon monoxide risks.
Furnace Cleaning
Comprehensive cleaning of furnace components including blowers and coils. Our process removes contaminants that affect efficiency and air quality. Regular maintenance extends equipment life, reduces repair needs, and maintains optimal heating performance throughout Colorado's cold seasons.
Air Duct Sanitizing
Post-cleaning sanitization eliminates microbial contaminants using safe, non-toxic solutions. This process destroys mold spores, bacteria, and viruses remaining after physical cleaning. Sanitization helps alleviate allergy symptoms and ensures lasting air quality improvements in residential environments.

Showed up at moment of my beginning time window, were very conscious of keeping my rescued dog from getting out, taking care of my possessions, with that big hose for cleaning vents - meticulous in their work and friendly, helpful demeanor! Also, used wall corner guards that I wish all movers use. My property manager has used this company while I was out of town, with my home rented, and I personally experienced "why"!. They also are EXCELLENT with carpet cleaning! Thank you Steve's!

I first had my air ducts cleaned by Steve's Good, thorough, friendly service. They mentioned they also clean carpets. So when my upstairs neighbor's remodeling caused a leak into my home, affecting both my y carpet and area rugs, I called Steve's. They scheduled and serviced quickly - and cleaned everything really well. I would absolutely hire them again.

I was really impressed by the communication, timeliness, and professionalism of the team from Steve's Carpet Care. They were on-time, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They also noticed that one of our outdoor water faucets/hose was frozen (we forgot to drain it this winter) and went out of their way to help ensure we avoid a pipe burst down the road. Thank goodness!
