I was turned down when I tried to put it though and got denied. I needed a lawyer a that point. I chose Mr. Ortiz. I am so happy I did! Tory took all my information, she is the best paralegal I've ever met. So, Mr. Ortiz had videos, that you need to watch them. It tells what questions the judge may ask you, and what answers you need. Follow those videos and you will win. Awesome experience, and I got back pay of $25000, they got paid out of $5000. Update: 2 years my SSDI got stopped. I went back Mr. Ortiz and sure enough he got it back, I was stunned, when I went to check my checking account and I got back pay since September of 2022. He is best in town. Period.

Ortiz law firm although they are very professional absolutely make the process less stressful. They answer emails phone calls promptly. They explain in great detail what they are doing and what you as a client needs to do. They have materials they share with you to read explaining how the entire process works and what you are expected to do at each stage of the process. I recommend them 100% to anyone that is enduring this long draining process. Tiffanie was my go to person. She was kind and extremely knowledgeable making my stress levels somewhat better. I HIGHLY recommend Nick Ortiz and his team without hesitation. Tiffanie, who continues to help me throughout this process along with Mr. Ortiz has been absolutely exceptional. I especially appreciate her compassion, patience, and empathy towards someone (myself) who has neuro disabilities from brain cancer, in addition to a long list of diagnoses. Tiffanie has always been quick with follow up, extremely knowledgeable of the process, and helpful in getting my documentation organized and processed in a timely manner.

This team is extremely knowledgeable of social security protocol, and does an outstanding job in letting you know what to expect. First of all, I want to thank God almighty for guiding me to Ortiz law firm. There is no doubt that Mr. Ortiz is an extremely competent, compassionate and successful individual with tons of testimonies attesting to this. Well, today I will add my name to that list since I was just awarded a full and favorable decision by SSA. I was awarded disability at the reconsideration phase and as such, I never got the chance to meet Mr. Ortiz since we didn't get to go to hearing.

There is one very special person I have to mention here and that person is Ms. Tiffanie N. Turner. She is the paralegal that was assigned to my case. She was also heaven sent. There are not enough adjectives for me to begin to describe her, but I will try a few. She is knowledgeable, passionate, thoughtful and extremely efficient at everything she does. There was not one e-mail or phone call that I made to her, that she di not return on the SAME DAY! This is unheard of in today's world; let alone a law firm. My review is a little late due to illness. Nick Ortiz is the most honest, compassionate person I have ever dealt with along with Tory Nelson his senior paralegal. From start to finish I was treated like I really mattered. A refreshing difference from the way I was treated by my long term disability company. Within a couple of months my benefits were reinstated! Within six weeks after that a settlement was negotiated by Mr. Ortiz for a lot more than I expected. My disability company is now permanently out of my life! Thanks to Nick Ortiz, Tory Nelson and staff I sleep much easier. Nick Ortiz, Tory Nelson and staff are all my heroes.

Ortiz Law Firm did an amazing job with my Long Term Disability case! I called several places and noone would take my case, but Mr. Ortiz said he could handle it no problem. I had an extensive amount of paperwork to go through and they managed it very quickly. The office staff goes above and beyond, I worked with Tory. Anytime I needed something or had a question all I had to do was email or text Tory and she was super fast at answering me back. Very professional company and I would definitely use them again!
