Came out same day to fix my furnace. They diagnosed it and their price was half of a previous quote. Technician adjusted my settings so the heat pump would still run until the part came in. Part came in the next morning and they my system up and running by lunch. Very smooth and trustworthy prices.

They were great. Our heat went out on the weekend during below freezing temps. I was able to schedule an appointment via their prompt answering service. We have a maintenance contract with Clout who not only didn't answer their phone but didn't even bother to return either of my messages. Our tech was very good and professional. I appreciated him wearing shoe coverings without being asked as I have a crawling baby. Needless to say, we will be switching our maintenance agreement.

The technician Tom Lian was thorough, he inspected both the units and serviced them. He photographed the unit in the crawl space even as it was cold and dark and dank. He explained to me, the going ons with this 30 year old gas unit. His explanations were intelligent. He was not rushed. Thanks

Very quick and professional. The girl I spoke to Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and updated me thought the visit as to when parts would arrive and got my heat back going no problem. Steve knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he got here and fixed it super fast. Would highly recommend to call and ask for Jennifer if you have any issue and she will get it knocked out quick for you!

High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with his team to order the part so a repair could happen quickly. Not long after this I received a text to schedule the repair appointment. Michael C. responded and quickly made the repair as well as thoughtfully answered my questions. The entire process was easy for me.

PV Heating and Air replaced both furnaces in my Mom's home. The company exceeded our expectations. The day before the work began they sent a technician to evaluate the job to determine what was needed. The next day a team of three arrived. They were on time, professional, respectful of the property, and provided stellar customer service. They were shoe covers in the home because she has hard wood floors.
They placed a protective cover on the floor before placing the furnace down. They even cleaned up after they picked up the covers! Pricing can't be beat. I highly recommend this company because they did an outstanding job, very thorough, and professional. Selecting another company as the old cliche goes you get what you pay for but if your home deserves the best PV Heating & Air is the company to call! P.S. they carried both furnaces up my Mom's incredibly steep hill! :
