I used Mid-Valley for a full remodel of 19 guest rooms here at the Sonnenalp Resort of Vail. It was a very large scale remodel, involving multiple trades. The logistics of which were very demanding and detailed. It required a great deal of patience and coordination. Significant snags were encountered along the way. Some expected and some not. Both were handled with professionalism and grace. As with any project of this scale, not everything was done to my liking, and as I called it out, it was addressed.
They adjusted their process and raised their standards to meet mine. In the end they provided an exceptional product that both meet my standards of excellence and that of our very discriminating guests. I have since continued to call on Mid-Valley for projects both large and small, and will continue to do so for many years to come.
