Drain Cleaning
Our drain cleaning services utilize advanced hydro jetting and mechanical snaking to remove blockages and buildup in residential and commercial plumbing systems. We address slow drains, complete clogs, and preventive maintenance needs using high-pressure water technology and specialized equipment. Regular maintenance prevents emergencies while extending system lifespan through thorough debris removal and pipe restoration.
Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting employs industrial-grade water pressure to clear stubborn clogs and clean pipe interiors. This method effectively removes grease buildup, mineral deposits, and tree root intrusions in sewer lines and drain systems. Our equipment delivers precise pressure control for both residential and commercial applications, ensuring comprehensive cleaning without damaging existing plumbing infrastructure.
Sewer Inspections
We conduct sewer line inspections using waterproof video cameras to identify cracks, blockages, and structural issues. This non-invasive diagnostic method allows accurate problem detection in underground and hidden pipes. Our technicians analyze footage to recommend targeted repairs, preventing unnecessary excavation while ensuring long-term system integrity through proactive maintenance planning.
Water Heater Repair
Our water heater services address both gas and electric system repairs, including leak detection, element replacement, and sediment removal. We service residential and commercial units to restore efficiency and prevent complete failures. Emergency repair capabilities ensure minimal downtime while extending equipment lifespan through proper maintenance and component upgrades.
Storm Drain Services
We provide comprehensive storm drain installation, cleaning, and repair services to prevent property flooding. Our maintenance includes debris removal and structural assessments to ensure proper water diversion. Emergency cleaning services address sudden blockages while preventive programs maintain system efficiency through regular inspections and high-pressure cleaning techniques.

I've used Contemporary for both residential and commercial work over the year's. They've shown up for emergency gas leak repair ASAP for me recently and I cant say enough about the professionalism and the quality of the service. I don't ever feel I'm being up sold when I deal with them which is something I've found with a lot of other contractors. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

When I called Contemporary Plumbing I was in need of a shower valve replacement because my existing one was leaking in the wall. They sent out a tech that same day and install a new shower valve and replaced the trim and shower head.
