Emergency Plumbing Services
Our certified technicians provide immediate response for urgent plumbing issues including burst pipes, severe leaks, and complete drain blockages. With rapid deployment from our Charlotte and Rock Hill locations, we minimize property damage through swift diagnosis and repair. Emergency services include water shut-off, temporary fixes, and complete system restoration for both residential and commercial clients.
Drain Cleaning
Specializing in advanced hydro jetting technology, we clear stubborn clogs and buildup in residential and commercial drainage systems. Our high-pressure cleaning removes grease, mineral deposits, and tree root intrusions from 1.5" to 8" diameter pipes. This environmentally friendly solution provides longer-lasting results compared to traditional snake methods while maintaining pipe integrity through pre-cleaning camera inspections.
Water Heater Repair
We service all water heater types including traditional tank models and tankless systems. Our diagnostics identify issues with heating elements, thermostats, and pressure valves. Repair services cover leak sealing, sediment removal, and efficiency optimization. We also offer replacement installations with energy-efficient models that reduce operating costs by up to 30% for both residential and commercial properties.
Leak Detection
Using electronic sound detection and thermal imaging, we pinpoint hidden leaks in walls, under slabs, and in hard-to-reach areas. Our non-invasive methods identify slab leaks, pipe fractures, and fixture malfunctions without unnecessary demolition. The process includes water pressure testing and moisture mapping to determine exact leak locations for targeted repairs that prevent structural damage.
Whole House Repiping
We specialize in complete plumbing system replacements for homes with aging or damaged pipes. Our repiping service addresses corrosion, pinhole leaks, and low water pressure issues using PEX or copper piping materials. The process includes wall access minimization, system pressure testing, and water quality optimization for improved flow and longevity across entire residential properties.

AAA City plumbing has always been there for our family. On 2 occasions we had to shut the water off, leaving us with no water. AAA fit us in for an early morning call that was music to our ears. Other companies needed over 2 days. Eric was great, he showed me pictures of the flooded wall and in our crawl space. Just great, thanks for being so great. Joe

I called AAA plumbing on Monday. They were here the very next day. Jaime from customer service was pleasant and made me comfortable in explaining my situation and took it from there. The technician Chris came and took time to look over the area and realized he needed reinforcements. He had to make another trip to get the tractor. He was very nice throughout the whole process. The job was hard but he showed respect and did his best not to break the lid to the tank.

Trust me he went waaaay above and beyond and didn't seem to mind that he had a nosey spectator. To be honest I was exhausted by watching him. But he was the best and I appreciate him so much. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who has issues with any kind of plumbing. I'd rate them a ten plus!

I found AAA through the BBB website. We had an emergency with our septic backing up into the house after an especially heavy rain; AAA City Plumbing sent Ian out the same day to pump our septic tank. He was knowledgeable, patient in explaining the system with how to maintain and avoid further issues, and the problem was quickly and cleanly handled. I so appreciate their services and will be recommending to all my neighbors.
