I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband and I noticed a leak last night and frantically searched for someone to fix it today. After the first HVAC company came and told me I had to replace my entire unit and it would cost a whopping $12k, I kept searching for options. Basically the worst scenario happened to us. AC goes out in July two days before our daughter's 10th birthday party and we start panicking. We made a call to Patriot after we had seen one of their work vans on our street a few days prior at a neighbors house. They were able to come out that evening. Our AC system was 22 years old and original to when our home was built. We assumed parts were going to be hard to find since the age of the system but they assured us they would be able to source the new blower motor.
