Richard is incredible. Not only did he repair my laptop in a timely manner, he also took time to educate me. As an IT student this was invaluable time and information much appreciated. He reinstalled windows recovered my hard drive and changed some of my bios settings which all resulted in me being able to get a lot of data recovery

Amazing customer service did exactly what I needed. I took in my phone which had a broken screen. He was able to accommodate me for a very affordable price.
