Marcus did a great job diagnosising and repairing our broken washer. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Hopefully our appliances last forever, but if they don't, we know who to call now. Paul looked at the stove that was already disassembled as I was not able to replace the fan on my own. He confidentially said he could fix it. He proceeded to do so and instead of replacing a very expensive oven we now have an oven running like before. Thanks Paul
