We contracted Home Platinum Services for a large restoration project after our home suffered damage from a winter freeze. The project involved the entire first floor of our house including flooring, cabinets throughout and bathrooms. The project was delivered on time and with high quality. We can say without a doubt that the kind of attention and responsiveness that Nima and his team provide is top class.

The professionalism and respect with which they treat the customers is second to none. Nima took the time to provide his guidance on many topics even outside the scope of the project. He is always approachable and puts you at ease with his friendly personality. At the end of the project, we had our home restored to a high standard and are very glad with our choice of the contractor.

Nima and his team were professional and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated how much Nima and his team cared about the quality of their work. They did an excellent job on everything we asked for, from wallpaper removal, to retexturing/painting the walls, and installing a barn door and new ceiling fan. We'd definitely hire them again!

Very professional and finished ahead of schedule. I actually got a lot of suggestions and advices from Nima. It turned out all were very good. The thing impressed me most is the final walk through. Nima pointed out several places needed to touch up which I didn't even notice. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Bathroom remodeling. More

Home Platinum Services did an excellent job with our bathroom renovation. The project involved converting a half to a full bath by adding a shower which required significant reconfiguration of the bathroom and existing plumbing lines. The end result was a beautiful bathroom that functions flawlessly. We've received many compliments from guests! They are extremely responsive and are accountable for their work. You can trust Home Platinum Services to deliver exceptional results!

Home Platinum Services (HPS LLC) came to our rescue when we were new in town and had many items to take care of, big and small. Not only HPS took up the job, it gave us the full attention and finished all the items in professional manner, in time and with attention to detail. We would highly recommend them for any home project.

I recently used Home Platinum Services for a complete remodel of my master bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. Nema and his team were very professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. Nema listened to my ideas and provided his expert opinion helping us with design ideas, while improving functionality. We are very pleased with the end result.

The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, the crafts were very diligent, always on-time and respectful of my house and privacy. They were very careful in protecting the house from damage and promptly cleaned up. Initially Nema had given a 6 week timeline but the crew completed the work in 4 weeks, without compromising the quality or deliverables. Overall, I highly recommend Home Platinum Services for any home renovation project. They have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We chose Home Platinum Services over 2 other bids primarily because Nima clearly has control and accountability over his team. He was up front and very professional in every aspect of our home project. We wanted to convert an unused dining room into our new home office, and wow what a remarkable difference. The main reason I am providing HPS with a 5 star review is the amount of communication from Nima and his team.

There were no "missed calls not returned" or anything like that. Nima was always available for questions / changes and anything else. There was zero worry about them not showing up, taking money and running, etc. Nima ensured total satisfaction prior to "completing the job". I cannot speak to bathroom or kitchen projects, but check out our photos for how well they upgraded our home following what we were looking for.

They are not "cheap" but their pricing is in line with other vendors for similar projects. It is a you get what you pay for story. If you are hesitant about bringing a contractor into your home, do consider this company.

A few months ago, my wife and I decided that we were finally ready to remodel our kitchen. We did a Google search to find a remodeling company and chose Home Platinum Services because of its stellar reviews. Now that Nima and his team have completed the job, we are happily writing our own stellar review. Our new kitchen looks even more beautiful than we had imagined it would! We are happy not only with the final product, but also with the process. Nima was a pleasure to work with.

He was always extremely professional, unflappable, and accommodating. We had originally scheduled the remodel for June, but then in early May we asked Nima if he could move everything forwards by a couple of weeks. He was able to make that happen. While his team was doing the remodel, we kept making small changes to the original plan, and Nima never showed any signs of impatience. We are planning to do some more remodeling soon, and we will definitely be asking Nima and crew to do the work for us.

Hands down, Nima and his team are the best! My wife and I would highly recommend him and plan to work with him on all future projects. Nima is professional, thoughtful, responsive, and delivers a great end product. He takes great pride in his work and you can feel confident that the work will be done right. I am very particular and in the details so when I say Nima and his team do great work, I mean everything, down to the smallest details are done to perfection.

If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards. Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

My husband and I have been talking about remodeling our master bath for years. We had several companies give us bids but none of them seemed quite right. That is, until we reached out to Home Platinum Services. Nima Niazi was fantastic and understood our vision, but he was different than the others. He gave us comments on our plan, when no one else did, that maximized the function and aesthetic of the space.

He and his crew were attentive and communicative throughout the process and they finished in a fraction of the time estimated. We love our new master bathroom and our dream has finally come true. Home Platinum Services truly came through and made the entire process pleasant. Thank you.

We have used Home Platinum Services twice in the last couple of months. First, for the remodeling a guess bathroom and we were so pleased with their job, that decided to give them a job we were only thinking on doing, replacing the cabinets and sinks of the master bathroom. Nima and his crew were super professionals, exactly as advertised on most of the reviews. He had an answer to all of our request and was willing to work with us always taking seriously our opinion.

They were knowledgeable of the task they were performing, and most importantly, responsible. We will definitely recommend them to whoever needs their services and we will use them again in the future if needed.

Home Platinum Services did an excellent job with our master bath and closet renovation. Nima is an excellent project manager. He was on site almost every day assessing progress and shifting schedules when needed. Not only was Nima very responsive on answering questions or making changes during our remodel, his personally selected crew was very professional and efficient. They truly cared about their craft and how our renovation turned out. We are very happy and our new bathroom and closet are just beautiful! We would recommend Home Platinum Services to anyone! Thank you Nima!

Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. Nima stopped by on a regular basis and checked to make sure the subs did everything according to his height standards. Overall we were very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

Nima and his team did a fantastic job installing our master shower, guest shower, and flooring. They will be my first contact for any home repairs in the future. They are easy to work with, fast, hard-working, punctual, honest, and they do a great job. I am truly appreciative that they were referred to us.

I recently used Home Platinum Services and Nima Niazi for a complete remodel of my master bathroom. It was a sizeable project but Nima and the crew from HPS were up for the task. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality, professionalism and speed with which HPS completed the job. They came in, with minimum invasion, tore out the old bathroom, and built a masterpiece in its place. They finished it at least two weeks early to boot.

The entire process was painless. Nima was on top of every detail; helping with the selection of materials and design aspects, to the fixtures, he did it all. On top of being one of the nicest persons, you will ever meet. Additionally, my wife threw some smaller projects in the house his way while the crews were doing the main job and he got those completed as well. I genuinely believe you will not find a better remodel company in the entire Metroplex.

Price is not the most important factor in our decision to select a remodel company; still, HPS beat everyone else in that category as well. We have a few more projects we want finished and we have found our remodel company. Nima and HPS will be the only company we will use from here on out. Do yourself a favor and call Home Platinum Services, your search for a five star, ten out of ten company will be over. G.E.M. Plano, Texas.

Nima provides first class service - responsible, available, and organized. We had a project that lasted over a week and really had an all around great experience with Home Platinum Services. Nima and his crew were punctual, friendly, and very professional. Quality of the work turned out to be top notch. I'd highly recommend Home Platinum to anyone that needed any home updating/repairing done.

Home Platinum Services just completed a major remodel of my master bathroom, master bedroom, powder room and laundry room. The results and experience were well above expectations. Nima, a degreed engineer, was outstanding from first providing a competitive quote, to developing a remodel design, to assisting in material selection, to managing the work progress, on a daily basis, until the project was completed.

Each of the work crew members were skilled craftsmen, who took great pride in the quality of their work and were very pleasant to work with. I would readily use this company again, and, in fact, have already requested another quote for my next project.

Our master bedroom, bathroom and closet remodel was completed on time (6 weeks total) and on budget. Nima and his crews were courteous, responsive and skilled at making our vision become reality. This is the second time we've used Home Platinum Services for our remodeling needs and we were equally as pleased with the process and results.

We had extensive water damage in our kitchen and living room. We hired Home Platinum Services to do the repair and have been delighted with their work. The scope of repair was significant but Nima and his crew handled it with ease. They were very responsive and timely. I also always got the sense that they were dealing with me honestly, which is very important. Their pricing was also reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them or to use them again.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Platinum Services. We hired this company to do a partial kitchen remodel on our 1996 Plano home. They replaced all upper cabinets, installed granite counters, new back-splash, appliances, and installed a new ducted vent hood (our home had no ducted cooking vent prior to this). The project also included re-texture and re-paint of the walls and cabinets, and installing new electric and plumbing fixtures.

The process was wonderful from start to finish! Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional! We are extremely pleased! The owner (Nima) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. His crew is also great- they are skilled, prompt, and courteous at all times. Nima kept us informed and involved during every step of the remodel. The level of communication was the best we have ever experienced from a contractor or his crew.

From giving us a quick and professional estimate, to helping us choose our finishes.to the final walk-through and touch-up phase.we've been nothing but satisfied. Home Platinum Services got the entire project finished in a very short time, yet they still paid careful attention to detail. We have used other contractors in the past, but from this point forward Home Platinum Services is the ONLY remodel contractor we will use. We plan to update our master bath next year and Nima is the first person we will call!
