Matt and Dan were great, and the estimate (based on house sqft) was right on. They spent a few minutes explaining the process, then spent the better part of an entire day here meticulously cleaning the entire HVAC system. Highly recommend!

Great job! I came to PreVent based on a friend's recommendation, who had incredible feedback on them and their service. PreVent was quick to give me an estimate over the phone and schedule my cleaning. They were able to come out same day and get it taken care of. They were polite, professional, and they will have my yearly business now that I understand what a big deal it is to have this done yearly. Definitely recommend!

So, I called PreVent Cleaning Service after reading several very good reviews on Nextdoor. Adam called me later that day and made arrangements to come out the next morning to give me an estimate to clean my a/c ducts and dryer vent. Although my dryer vent didn't need to be cleaned, he suggested I have the transition hose replaced as the one I had was a potential fire hazard. As luck would have it, one of his clients had to postpone their service call so Adam put me on the schedule for the very next day.
This morning Matthew and his associate showed up as planned to service our house. I must say it was a refreshing change from some of the service folks that I have delt with. Very professional, very polite young men who had good knowledge of their work. Matthew explained everything they were going to do before starting and assured me they would return the house to the way they found. Well, they did. Very attentive to detail and made sure every particle of dust created by their work was cleaned up. I can't say enough about these two young men. I highly recommend PreVent Cleaning Service.

Honestly, this was a 10/10 experience. I emailed PreVent Cleaning on Tuesday (after hours). They called me the following day but I wasn't able to answer since I was working. They text me and I was very appreciative of being able to text them instead of having to call to set up an appointment. They were quick with the text responses and were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. On Thursday, I was expecting the technician to show up at 4, the scheduled time. However, he called me early and said he was ahead of schedule and could be at my house in 6 minutes.
Right after that, I got a text saying Parker was on the way with a picture of Parker included. The fact that they put a picture of the service technician so I'd know who to look out for was huge! Parker arrived and was very professional. He got right to work and did the job quick and well. He showed me all the pictures of before/after and everything looked amazing. I can't recommend this company enough. Very quick in communication, quick and thorough job with the vent cleaning, and very professional in every manner.

Wow! Excellent and prompt service! I filled out the online quote request around 8:30 and had a phone call less than 2 hours later. They were able to schedule someone the same day. I was updated with the name of the technician (and his picture) as well as when he was on his way. Everything he did was explained well. (I still shudder at the pictures of our clogged dryer vent). Highly recommend!

Love the guys that came out, they went above and beyond on what they are doing, showing before and after pictures. They also checked my dryer as well and noticed that the hose I have wasn't not safe for my dryer and wouldn't hold smother a firer. They also showed me some vents that were very disgusting which was changed out with two new vents. I feel confident that im breathing fresh air

My thanks to Matt and his colleague. They did an excellent job! Matt explained the vent cleaning process to me. I asked if your company cleaned the dryer line. He said yes and pointed out the need to bring of the line to current requirements. This upgrade will be done Wednesday by your company. It is a pleasure doing business with your team.

I will definitely be using PreVent Cleaning Service every year. They got me on the schedule the day after I called. Parker was on time and very professional. He cleaned out our dryer vent exhaust, which was almost completely blocked wit lint. He checked under the house to make sure everything was up to code as well as measure the air flow of the dryer. In addition, I was provided before and after photos of the camera views which were very informative. Everything was put back and the area was left perfect and clean!
