I have used RVAC since I moved here in 1998. They installed our first System and we have not used anyone else. Their efficiency and attention to detail is exemplary. Edgar has done our bi - annual maintenances and he is very knowledgeable and efficient. When we replaced our unit they responded swiftly and had a new unit installed and up and running in the summer extreme heat. I appreciate that they have been s mainstay in this community for 67 years.

Well River Valley Air-conditioning stepped up yo the plate and hit a Gran Slam Home-run with me. The unit we bought was just not enough to cool the house we live in with the 118 degrees weeks we we're having, so called and spoke with Donny explained our situation and we decided to up grade to a 5 ton unit seer rating. They arrived and installed the unit with in 3 days!it was up & cooling the house within 45 minutes!
Man does it cool this old house now! Thank you again River Valley Air for great service, great people especially Donny & Tiger. My family have bought from them since they have been selling air conditioners in the 60's, Great company & great family business!

The tec Edgar was here in a short time and did what he could but our unit is old so it will be replaced soon but River Valley A/C has and is doing a wonderful job and I will recommend it to everyone. By late after noon a new condenser unit was installed and our house was cool once more. Special thanks to Tiger and Kelly for working with us.

First company to arrive on time, professional, and fair pricing. This area can be hard to find quality repair or services, this company exceeded my expectations. I called the day before because they were next door replacing a big unit and got the card. I had left two other local businesses a message and never heard back. So I gave this company a call. They knew I had a limited window and did a sat morning emergency fee if $20 which I think is very reasonable.
The service man called 15 min before appt time of 8 am and gave me an eta, was clean cut and very polite. He worked hard while at the house and wrapped up quick so we could hit the river. Thank you very much, we will use you always.

They came out within an hour of calling them when another company failed to come out! Edgar was HANDS DOWN AMAZING! Honest and explained what was going on. Within 20 min we were up and running and he even went above and beyond to clean the filter and look over the entire system to make sure it was in great shape! Thank you and we will be letting neighbors know if they need anything who to call! Signed one happy mama of littles!
