Alley cat has completed the 1st phase of their contract. This included cleaning, disinfecting, patching holes and laying traps. I was impressed at the thorough job. They have promised to come back in several weeks to check the traps and crawl space for signs of anymore infestation, and to continue to come back until there are no rats caught in the traps.

This is the 3rd company I have worked with and Alley Cat puts the others to shame. Very knowledgeable about prevention, professional, and very clean. This is the only rat remediation company that ever mentioned that it's not healthy for us to have the air filters on while they are working. I shut her to think of what happened with the other companies while they were working in the attic.

Augusto and his team came and did a phenomenal job in the basement where the mice entered. They placed wire mesh over all the air vents, spaces along the outside of the house where the mice could have entered. They also cleaned the entire basement of all the droppings and even stacked my firewood. My basement never looked more organized! Several traps were set up and will be checked in 2 weeks. In the kitchen, all entry points from the basement were closed, clean up behind and under the appliances. Thank you for a wonderful job. Now I can start cooking again! Haven't used my kitchen since I first saw a mouse. I highly recommend Alley Cat

From the free estimate to the completion of the work yesterday, the staff at Alley Cat was very professional and thorough. Miro did the estimate and he was very straightforward, explained everything the crew would do, and showed me some pictures of what was down in the crawlspace. The crew showed up yesterday and were very quick and efficient in the cleaning and disinfecting of the crawlspace, and also did a bit of interior work in the kitchen underneath the sink and sealed some openings. I would not hesitate to recommend Alley Cat for any of your rodent proofing needs.

Alley Cat came out right away to do a rodent removal. Ata called me when he showed up to the house, removed the dead rodent and reset traps and checked the crawl space. Then Ata called me when he was done to summarize the work he did. He was very professional and nice.

Great service. Alley Cat sealed the house, but rats are smart. Alley Cat had to come back, and they found a couple new entrances. Finally we got down to one wily old rat still in the house. Yesterday I think they found his route to the house through a hole behind the dishwasher. My camera didn't see him last night, so I hope that's the end. Alley Cat has been very responsive in this battle of wits with our rat.

I was referred to Alley Cat by a satisfied customer. When I called, a human answered the phone, and we scheduled the most immediate date, between the two of us, for Alley Cat to come to the property where there had been a verified rodent citing. They came on the day and time scheduled, and was on time. They thoroughly inspected the house, found the entry point, cut it off from future entry from mice, and mice-proofed the house inside, outside, and underneath. And, we immediately scheduled a followup inspection to ensure that their methodologies employed are working for complete rodent eradication.

The staff persons are cordial, yet, professional, and answered all questions. We had plenty of questions. Overall, they did a very good job. This level of craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays! I got what I paid for.

We hired them for rodent extermination. The entire experience went smoothly even though they had to pause prior to putting in the new insulation because the wood in our attic was actually termite infested. At least they let us know first (they were not in a hurry to get the job done at our detriment, ) and allowed us to take care of it. Then when we we resolved that, they immediately continued their job without delay. Plus they gave my in-laws a senior discount.

We had a bad rat infestation in our attic in 2017. Alley Cat came out for an estimate, showed us pics of the findings, and discussed what needed to be done and why. We had to do a full attic and crawl space cleanup, new insulation in the attic and new air ducts, and many entry points sealed. They were professional, punctual, and respectful of our home while the work was being done. And we are still rat free in 2023! I highly recommend their services.

Getting rid of rodents is not easy. We tried multiple companies before Alley Cat and were consistently disappointed. While the initial expense with Alley Cat is more than regular trap and clear companies they do the work that needs to be done to actually get rid of the critters. They honor their work with a thorough warranty and best yet they more often than not send the same tech to do any follow on work so they are familiar with your home. They get an A from us.

We chose Alley Cat out of 3 different options and boy are we glad we did. Miro was informative when he did the initial estimate, and warned us about the potential issues we might encounter - we appreciated his honesty. The crew was on time and super hard working and then. it turned out our issue wasn't rats, it was RACCOONS, and they don't "do" racoons :. Nevertheless, Sergio the superintendent went way beyond the call of duty to help us chase them out of our walls and seal up the entry points. he came over several times including on a holiday and in the evening after his regular shift. We are incredibly grateful for his help. 5 stars for sure.

We had a mouse living in the attic and crawl space of our single-family home. Alley Cat came out and did a thorough inspection. They returned to remove and clean up the mouse nest, block off the entrances, and set up traps. They came back twice to inspect the traps. It's been several months and we've seen no sign of mice. Also, during the inspection, they identified several of the heating vents in our crawl space were connected improperly.

I got a quote from an HVAC vendor to fix the vents, but Alley Cat made a counter offer that was less expensive. So we had them do that work too. The entire team was extremely professional. I would happily use them again and recommend them to a friend.

The people who manage and work at this company are the best of the best. It was a real pleasure to have such professional service in the hills of Oakland. Two previous companies had failed to eliminate the rats and field mice, seal the entire foundation and then sanitize the entire storage area under our house. The work that they did was great cleaning out a major infestation and replacing all of my insulation that was a surprise with my new house.
