Cathy's was awesome. They watched my two cats for around a week. They always sent me a text message every time they stopped in saying exactly what they did and how my cats were doing. When I arrived home I was met with a handwritten letter logging everything done and talking about the cats, very awesome. I would 100% recommend to any of my friends and family to use them for pet sitting.

Cathy's critter care is amazing! We were gone for almost 3 weeks for our wedding which is the longest we've ever been away from our pets. We were both nervous about it, but the service we got was incredible and completely eased our nerves. They came by 3 times a day and sent an update with pictures at every single visit. We have a very shy kitty, and within just a few visits, she was already coming out to play and be scratched on. Michelle, Charlie and Alexa were all amazing and took great care of our babies. Can't recommend Cathy's critter care enough!

We have been using Cathy's Critter Care for many years and have never been disappointed. The CCC team is always helpful in the office for scheduling and changes needed. The team members that come to our house are so nice and send us notifications they are at our house and send pictures of our puppies. They leave a report of what they did with our dogs and anything we need to kn9w about that visit! Highly recommend!

I've used Cathy's Critters twice now to care for my dog and cat. A caretaker came twice a day to my house (once in the morning and once at night) to feed, take my dog out and give attention to my animals. She always sends photos of them and a message on how they're doing afterwards. I can tell she cares about them and I feel they're in the best hands when I'm out of town. I also have the ability to increase the number of house visits if I feel like the animals need it. I definitely recommend Cathy's Critters if you prefer your pets to stay in their own home while you're away! They'll get the best love and affection.

We have used Cathy's Critter Care since about 1999. We have always had great service and great care for our dogs. When we are out of town, we are confident and comfortable with our pet sitter taking good care of our pets, as well as our home. The service is outstanding and extremely reliable. The pet sitter has always gone above and beyond, collecting our mail from the mailbox as well as even helping during our extreme heat recently by watering our plants. Cathy's is recommended without reservation to anyone in this area. Your animals can receive no better care while you are away from home than from Cathy's Critter Care.

Thank you so much for taking care of my babies! I'm so glad I finally found a pet sitter I can rely on. I've used several before who didn't show up and my dogs suffered for it. Even never having done a meet and greet with the new sitter they showed up attended to my pets promptly and I really appreciate it. I had no service on my phone for most of my weekends trip and was worried something would happen to my dogs and I wouldn't be available. Turns out I had nothing to worry over. This makes me feel so much better for a cruise we have planned later this year where I will have no service for 7 days, I know my dogs will be well cared for.

They did a great job caring for our pets while we were out of town. We have several pets, and it's a lot of work. But they did a great job. All the animals were happy and the house was tidy when we got back. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else who needs their pets cared for.

While we were traveling we needed someone to let our dogs out. Cathy's Critter Care helped us a lot. And I loved how she sent pictures of the dogs while she was there with them. I would highly recommend them & will definitely call them again if we are in the San Antonio area.

Due to my high volume of pets, it's been super difficult trying to find a service to trust my pets to. One of my dog's acted out at the first meeting. This service had the owner come out to assess my pack and asked if the sitter assigned to my house could do a redo while I wasn't present. This pup has OCD so he's a little special and difficult to read. The second time was a success and everyone behaved.
I was able to complete my delivery of rescue animals in peace knowing that my kids were in good hands. I will definitely use this service again. Thank y'all so much from the bottom of my heart! PS They took pictures every day to keep me updated on my dog's status. Invaluable!

These folks are the best in the business, bar none. They are attentive, professional, and so very caring. I've built a relationship with then over 10 years and I completely trust them. Plus, I believe having my companion taken care of while I'm away at home is so much better than kenneling. I travel often for business, and it sure eases my mind knowing they are there to keep my pup happy and healthy while I'm gone.

We have used Cathy's Critter Care several times over the past year and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of our dogs. While we are away Cathy's ensures our dogs are walked, fed, and they spend extra time interacting and playing with them. They even send us pictures of our dogs to let us know that everything is ok.
