Phenomenal facility. Best trainer I've ever had. Very knowledgeable and goal oriented. Whatever your goal may be, from simple weight loss, to muscle building, all the way to pro bodybuilding training this gym is the real deal and can get you where you want to be. GCM isn't like the big, overcrowded gym factories in the area. Limited membership, great equipment, no crowds. High level athlete training for those wanting to take it to the next level.

Yesterday my wife and I visited Gulf Coast Muscle Gym and were very impressed. The equipment was awesome and atmosphere is excellent. There are a lot of machines for every body group and everything is clean and well kept. We got the one day pass but are most likely going to join this week sometime but loved our visit.
