I was late and lost. I had called ahead was told they could wait after giving them an ETA, was 20 whole minutes past expected ETA as well as lost on my way there (never been to downtown Ft Myers),w as helped navigate through and made it! Had a document translated from Spanish to English, lawyer said it looked good!
