Where do I even begin to express how awesome this team is! We were out of town on a family vacation and neighbor checked on our basement after a bad storm to find our basement with 2inch of rain water. We called Mr Micheal plumbers they install a new pump, alarm and back up and then suggested getting 1800 water damage in to inspect the water damage. Laurence their lead tech came and truly has been transparent, awesome to deal with many hours away and helped get our home accessed so fast to make the right decision for our situation.

He is so knowledgeable and really understands the conditions of a basement post water damage. I have sent his contact to many friends and family. Thank you Laurence and team at 1800 water damage / pleasant valley restoration, I have you on speed dial!

These guys are amazing. Darren Kilroy and his crew where super knowledgeable and understanding. They helped us through every step of the process and even helped us with other companies for packing and insurance. In some of my worst days they were calm and had a great work ethic.
