I got lucky enough to have Michael as my service representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I thought that I needed to do a thorough leak inspection, however he recommended that I save my money and fix the most likely culprits of my high water bill instead. Not often that you find somebody that recommends that you don't pay extra for stuff you don't need.

We had a visit from Tom (our favorite Cape plumber), to reroute water supply lines & drain to a new position in the bathroom, and then install a new vanity and hook up the new lines and drain. There were two visits, one to move the lines & drain, and a second to install the vanity and hook-ups (the wall was closed up between visits). On each occasion, the work was expertly done, and completed within 90-120 minutes, including clean-up. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tom is the best of plumbers, and over the years, Cape has always provided quick and first-rate service. Five stars!

We contracted with Tom from Cape Plumbing In Pomano Beach to repair a water leak under the slab In our commercial property. Our bill for two offices was almost $800 a month. The leak was under a office floor. They expertly cut the slab and excavated the area. They were able to repair the water pipe and solve our leak. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. We have been using Cape Plumbing for a few years now. Any time we have a plumbing issue they are quick to respond and send a tech out. This particular call we had a slab leak, which can be quite messy and costly. Michael was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He was efficient and his work was neat. And most importantly I felt safe having him in my home and around my kids. He was even helpful when it came to educating me on the insurance claim process. Great experience!

The plumber arrived within the scheduled time, i received an estimate and explanation of what the job required. The estimate was reasonable compared to a previous estimate. The Job was completed that same day, mess was cleaned up. Plumber was named Michael- he was respectful to me, and my property. I was very pleased.

Cape Plumbing is the only plumbing service I will use now. I found their name in the Best Picks Reports for Broward County a few years ago, and decided to try them. I am so happy I did. Tom, the last plumber they sent to my home, is the best plumber I've ever had. He was on time, courteous, conscientious and really knew his stuff. He installed a whole house water filtration system, installed two toilets, water heater and new faucet. I highly recommend Cape Plumbing and Tom.

Arsenio was my service rep. He did an excellent job of replacing a cartridge in my shower faucet handle. Will bring him back to do work on my washer/dryer/utility sink piping when I get ready to do that. Highly recommend Cape Plumbing, and it's staff.

We had Arsenio from Cape Plumbing come to our house. He was very personable and meticulous in performing the replacement of four supply values under our sinks and installing two new faucets with new sink drain fixtures. When we need any additional plumbing we will be calling Cape Plumbing because we found Mark Cape, the president, to be very flexible and fair.
