Quick response time and professional, courteous service exceeded my expectations. I continue to do business with them year after year. They were up front with the costs, not open-ended like some vendors I have dealt with before.

I had my bathroom tub and shower faucet replaced. The work and timing of repairs was not a problem. My only issue and this might of been my fault for lack of communication but I expected the shower head I had on my shower to be the one placed on the new shower.
