I hope to never have water in my basement again but if I do, I will be using 1 800 water damage. I had the pleasure of working with Alex, Dom, Dea and Austin. Excellent company to deal with for our flooded basement and kitchen. Keith called me immediately, put me in touch with dispatch and next thing I know I'm getting a call from Alex. He's on his way over. We had quite a bit of damage and Alex and his team were so good to work with. Alex kept us in the loop on everything, even minor details. They were super clean too. 1800 water damage was amazing! I have nothing but great things to say. This was the second time.our basement flooding so unfortunately we have experience. Service was timely and professional and careful. Perhaps best of all, everyone who came to our home was friendly and good at communicating. When you're stressed out and pissed off at the situation, folks who get that and are pleasant and go above and beyond make you feel so much better. Again, can't recommend enough!

This company was great to work with! We had a sewage backup into the basement over the weekend. The team came out day of to start the cleanup process. They were very thorough, kept us informed the whole way through and answered all our questions. Did a great job. We hope to never have to use them again but would in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Justin and his team are simply incredible. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Responsive. We had a Water leak from second story bath into kitchen below - Justin's team arrived with in 1 hour for site inspection. Immediately started containment and drying. They checked everywhere water might have traveled looking for moisture or damage. Next day arrived to do demo (completely sealing work area!).then checked daily on drying process. Only when dry and meeting thier requirements did they pull equipment - no short cuts. We are very impressed with Justin and this company. Added them to our emergency contact list.

When you wake up to find water pouring out of your ceiling, these are the people you want in your home! Justine, Jamon and Darol were so professional, friendly, timely and efficient! I would highly recommend Alex Logan and 1-800-water-damage! When I had a major leak, he came out quickly and was friendly and professional. Alex and his team quickly removed all the water-damaged flooring and drywall in a neat and organized way. They set up heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers and followed up daily to make sure my home was 100% dry. Alex also provided pictures and a report to my insurance company, which covered their bill and the bulk of the needed repairs. If I ever have a water emergency again, I'll definitely call 1-800-water damage!

They were so easy to work with and accommodating to our needs as we navigated a remodel job during the pandemic. And they did an incredible job!
