Everything was great! From consultation to appointment setup, Alex the install tech was super nice and efficient at his job, paid what i was quoted no hidden charges. Great experience. Tech John S. resolved all the issues quickly. Arrived at the appointment time and walked me through what we did and maintenance I can do rather than have them back out. Didn't try to sell me on anything. Great service at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth it - I'd say even on the lower end of cost. Pick them over a place like Welborn every single day.

I called Veteran in the morning and set a service call for the afternoon. I explained to Alex, the service tech, the multiple issues we were having with the garage door, and he got work immediately. He adjusted the tension spring, the wires and drums, replaced the rollers, and performed general maintenance all in under an hour. We also had issues with our old remote not communicating with the sensor, so he suggested replacing it with a new one and it worked instantly. If you're looking for a professional job done right with courtesy, this company is for you.

Overall amazing experience with this company! Scheduling is very easy and convenient! They technician (Nathan) texted as he promised and came on time, professionally determined the spring type that broke, didn't try to sell more expensive options, just explained to me and let me made the decision. Installed it pretty quick and did some door maintenance, checked all the joints and put grease where needed. Very reasonable price and very good communication, service and overall experience. Very impressed and hope other companies take this example.
