Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, lifting dirt and allergens for a deeper, longer-lasting clean. Certified technicians apply The Natural, a non-toxic solution, to protect fibers and ensure rapid drying. Ideal for high-traffic areas, this service extends carpet life while improving indoor air quality.
Pet Odor Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets odor-causing bacteria at the source, eliminating 99.9% of pet smells. Our process includes UV light inspection and carbonated cleaning to break down stains and residues. Safe for carpets, upholstery, and subflooring, this service restores freshness without masking agents.
Upholstery Cleaning
Low-moisture cleaning preserves fabric integrity while removing dirt, stains, and allergens. We apply protectants to resist future spills and use pH-balanced solutions for delicate materials like silk and leather. This service revitalizes furniture appearance and extends its lifespan.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Counter-rotating brushes and HEPA vacuums remove embedded grime without damaging wood grain. A protective polish enhances shine and durability. Our method avoids excess water to prevent warping, ensuring safe, effective cleaning for solid and engineered hardwoods.
Granite Cleaning
TruLux system cleans and seals granite with non-abrasive solutions, restoring luster and preventing stains. Technicians perform a four-step process: deep cleaning, residue removal, sealing, and polishing. This service maintains the beauty of natural stone countertops and floors.

Wonderful service! My house smells so much better! We have old dogs that have had a few accidents and no matter how much we cleaned and scrubbed we couldn't get the smell out. Thank goodness for Qualls Chem-Dry. The price was very reasonable. I've had other quotes for the same thing and the competitor wanted more for less. We also got our sectional cleaned, the tech actually did both sides of the cushions and cleaned our couch pillows as well! Soo worth it! Thank you

York came to clean our carpets when appointed to do so. He was prompt and friendly. The carpets dried in two hours like he said and the tile looks brand new! We decided not to purchase the deodorizer and it ended up costing exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use this company for carpet cleaning again! We are very pleased with our experience today! As you can see in the before and after photos, the tile looks fantastic! York (I didn't clarify spelling ), was super friendly and professional. He even let my dogs interrogate him briefly before he started. We received excellent communication with the process and will be calling again for our future cleaning needs! Thanks Qualls Chem-Dry!

Levi came to the house at the time he said he would. Explained the process very well. He inspected the area with smell carefully and found several spots. The price he quoted was reasonable. The carpet was clean and smell free after he is done. The carpet also dried in hours not days. Will use them again.

Great job by York. My dog had been sick creating a large stain and smell. He got that cleaned up back to normal. The rest of the house he cleaned looks better than after other types of cleaning.
