I just want to shout out to Veterans Garage Door in Wylie. From my first contact yesterday afternoon, to the service received this morning. Bravo! In full disclosure I was offered a repair time of the same day later in the evening but I was on a time crunch so I just got my door lowered and secured until my appointment this morning between 8-10am. I must say my entire experience was wonderful, the lady (I apologize for not remembering your name) who took my call was very patient, calm and polite.

She really went above and beyond to try to get me the earliest appointment available. The tech, Zack contacted me when he was en route and he was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone in the Wylie area and beyond. You will be my contact for any needs. Thank you!

They came out same day, price matched, had all equipment required on hand AND completed the job in under 1hr. Oscar was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Oscar from Veteran Garage was wonderful to work with. Veteran - Garage Door Service - North Texas Excellent service from Veteran Garage Door! Unfortunately, we had the spring bust on our garage door the day before Thanksgiving. Veteran GDS was able to come by same day even with the holiday. Fully positive & highly recommended experience: 1. Rebecca, Scheduler, always answered the phone properly and left me on hold for a short period to resolve my conflicts. 2. Rebecca was able to give me an estimate range based on what I thought was the problem with the understanding the technician still needs to evaluate.

This helped with shopping companies. 3. Oscar T., our technician, was on time with the appointment and called ahead. He was well-mannered and listened to what I thought was the problem. He fully explained what was needed and gave me a few estimates based on his recommendations. 4. Oscar T. had the repair completed before I can finish helping my wife with the Christmas tree! So diligent, respectful, and friendly! 5.

Before I can finish writing my review, Rebecca called to follow-up with the service to make sure we were satisfied. So kind! *** Please always remember to take a few minutes to send reviews on people that still care about customers. Gratitude spreads to generate more kindness.

Oscar T serviced my garage door today and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I thought for sure I would need a new motor but Oscar was able to repair it. I have used this company numerous times and highly recommend them! Thank you Oscar and Veteran Garage Door repair!

A very pleasant experience. The tech/Zack came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 1.5 hours of arriving. I was surprised at the price quote being much less than I anticipated, so much so, I added a 15% tip. I will be using them again for any future needs and will be passing this experience along to those having Garage Door Repair/Replacement needs as well. A++

Oscar T. came and fixed my broken garage door. He was very thorough and made sure the door opened and closed smoothly. This company works quickly in scheduling appointments and stands behind their work.
