Pure Mold Free is a great choice for mold remediation. Although we haven't use this company personally we know about the process that Walter uses. It's pretty amazing that in 4 to 6 hours. Most homes can be mold free with either no demo or virtually no demo. The absolute best part about the process is not only no harsh chemicals are used, but a hospital grade cold sterilant is used. Lastly, they will apply an antimicrobial protection. This will help keep the home mold free for years to come. I am very happy to recommend this process to anyone suffering from mold exposure or toxicity.

I'd give it ten stars if I could! I've contacted a few companies to learn more about the procedure and costs. Working with Pure Maintenance of Will County's process gave me great confidence, and the pricing alone was competitive with comparable restoration firms. Working with the owner, Walter, was exceedingly knowledgeable and professional, was a pleasure. I was referred to pure maintenance by my realtor after experiencing significant water damage resulting in mold and was lead to believe that my house would have to be demolished in order to get rid of the mold. Cannot thank Walter and his team enough for taking care of my step mom's house with this new technology to remove the mold, germs smoke and bacteria is just amazing! Not only does it remove it but also prevents new growth. My step Mom has COPD and the quality of air she is now breathing at home is just pure and clean.
