This is my first time using Veteran Garage Door (VCD) Repair and I assure you that VCD has earned my trust and loyalty. I called VCD for a strange noise when I raised my garage door. Zack came out and replaced the rollers and a tuned up. He even showed me on how to properly maintain the garage door. He did say the garage door opener will need to be replaced soon but did not pressure me into changing it right away. Well, if I need to replace the garage door opener in the future, I will definitely call VCD and ask for Zack. Highly recommend VCD!

I called Veteran Garage Door service earlier this afternoon and they promptly sent a technician to my home. We needed to replace the springs, rod, and wheels. Veteran had Zach L come out to our house to replace a garage opener and install some extra gadgets. He worked with our home warranty and was very respectful and professional. Great response times as well. Will for sure work with VGD in the future and hopefully get Zach again!

My garage door opener was 15 years old and starting to die; the springs were also going to break. I contacted on a Saturday and got service the same day, in fact, within an hour. Trent was awesome. He helped me understand all my problems and didn't pressure me. I'm happy with the results considering my 20-year-old door's difficulties. Thanks man!

When my spring popped, I called several companies to ask about price and service. I ended up having veterans come out same day. I cannot say enough about how professional the technician was. He explained to me everything I needed to know, including the price before he started the work. Veterans is the most reliable garage door company I have ever dealt with. I would never hesitate to call them again. Should I have any problems.

I was very pleased with the Veteran Garage repair done by John S. He arrived on time, was very professional and polite. Friends from Frisco Mr and Mrs Spangler recommended this company and I was so pleased with the work done by John S. I don't know if all the employees of this company are like John S. but he gets an A+.

When my husband and I tried to leave the house after the recent snowstorm, our garage door would not open for the first time. After a quick internet search we found Veteran Garage Door Repair. We called and a few hours later their technician, Sergio arrived. He was extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. He provided a quote for what we needed and was in and out in no time. If something ever does come up again, I am glad to know that there is a great garage door repair place nearby!

I called Veteran Garage Door Repair yesterday as my garage door wasn't working and would not open or close. They were able to schedule same day, however, I was at work so scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10. Jessie called me and was here right at 8:00 and had my belt replaced and the door working in about 30 minutes or so. If you need garage door service at a good price and on time, call this company!

He gave us some prevention tips, and was very professional. If you can, request for him to be your technician. Will definitely be using this company going forward for all of my garage door needs.

We enjoyed working with Veteran garage door repair. Unfortunately, the spring on my garage door was broken. I sent them a message, and they responded quickly with the cost. They arrived that day and completely replaced the torsion spring system. They showed up on time and finished in about 30 minutes! They weren't pushy about selling me a new one. I give them 5 stars.
