Services
Solar Panel Cleaning
Our solar panel cleaning service uses a pure water-fed pole system to remove dirt, bird droppings, and debris without chemicals. This method ensures panels remain residue-free, maximizing energy efficiency and extending lifespan. We prioritize safety and eco-friendliness, avoiding harsh detergents that could harm the environment or panel integrity.
Roof Cleaning
We specialize in soft wash roof cleaning to eliminate algae, moss, and black streaks from shingle, tile, or metal roofs. Our low-pressure technique prevents damage while using biodegradable solutions to sanitize surfaces. This process preserves roof longevity and enhances curb appeal without risking leaks or material wear.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing services tackle driveways, sidewalks, and building exteriors with precision. We adjust pressure levels to avoid surface damage while removing stains, mold, and grime. Eco-friendly detergents ensure safe, effective cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
Paver Sealing
We restore and protect brick pavers by power washing, sanding joints, and applying two coats of premium sealer. This process enhances color vibrancy, prevents weed growth, and shields surfaces from UV damage and weathering, ensuring long-lasting durability.
House Washing
Our house washing service cleans siding, gutters, and entryways with soft washing to remove mildew, cobwebs, and stains. We use environmentally safe solutions that preserve paint and materials while revitalizing your homes exterior appearance.

What a wonderful hard working couple. They did so much pressure washing for me. My house, inside the pool cage, the deck, gutters, faccia, driveway, entryway and probably more that I can't think of now. Everything is spotless. Oh yes and special washing of the windows. Thank you Dan and Daniella.

Dan & Danielle pressure washed our pool cage & pavers this week and did an awesome job! They washed our pool furniture, and Danielle wiped down the glass tops after drying them. Any furniture that had to be moved was put back in place. We will definitely hire them again. If you are looking for a company that does what they say they will do, and show up on the scheduled date and ON TIME, A-1 Pressure Washing is your company!
