Very honest and great integrity. Will definitely use again. another company tried to tell us needed a new compressor for $4,000 but Mr Hickman came and found a freon leak. Only cost less that $800.00 I am blessed and grateful.

They are staffed with qualified technicians who go the extra mile to complete your work on time but paying attention to little details like trying not making a mess of their work area and cleaning up their work space when they are finished. We contacted Tri County Air on Monday to set up an appointment to have our unit serviced. The person we spoke to was very nice and efficient. On Friday, Bryant arrived and right off the bat was extremely friendly, as well as patient with our 2 small daughters who had a lot of questions for him. He was very thorough and explained to us what he was doing throughout the process. Once he was finished, he cleaned up after himself, and probably a little from our girls as well, ha! We are more than happy with the service we received and know that from here on out it will always be exceptional. Thank you!

We were very pleased they made after hours calls. The day before our tropical depression is supposed to hit, our air conditioner stopped cooling. The heat and humidity was already unbearable. He arrived and diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed within an hour. Mr. W.G. saved us from having to sleep without AC. Thank you! We will definitely call again.

Its summertime and you need a NEW central heat/air unit. who do you call? Tri-County Air that's who! Called Friday and someone came out that day and gave me a quote and scheduled installation for Monday! The HVAC installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable of the work they did! Our AC unit wasn't cooling the house. After checking some stuff notice there was water leaking under the bottom. Called and they were prompt about coming out in just a few hours to work on the AC. Found out whoever installed it, didn't do a good job. Bryant was very professional and thorough with the job! Got us back cooling! Definitely recommend the services. Even got us rocking with a maintenance plan for future maintenance checks!
