Todd Chasse was our technician from Integrity Heating & Cooling who did the annual service on our AC unit today. We purchased our furnace and air conditioner from Integrity several years ago and have continued to take advantage of their annual maintenance program to keep our HVAC in top shape. In the early Fall, another Integrity technician will be here to service our furnace. We have been very satisfied with their Maintenance Program which we believe extends the life of our furnace and air conditioner. We returned from vacation to find one of our furnaces out. We were able to get it started only for the other furnace to go out the following day. Winter temperatures were to drop below zero within the next four days. I contacted Integrity Heating and Cooling at a neighbor's recommendation. They came to the house the following day, thoroughly explained the issues with each furnace, all options for repair and replacement.
We were presented with a very fair price to replace both units. Have been a homeowner for many years and was pleasantly surprised at the openness and candor of the technicians. Work was done before the cold and customer service was excellent (which I find highly uncommon these days). Would not hesitate to recommend at all.
