I hired Joshua Plaxen for a wrongful death lawsuit involving my husband. Josh was very thorough in explaining the procedures and fees. He kept me informed throughout the process of the settlement- which took awhile. The time element is to be expected in a lawsuit, but when I wanted an update or had a question, Josh answered my email within 24 hours. Josh hired a company to mitigate the liens which helped us get the maximum settlement and we are happy that we received a good settlement due to Josh and his team's hard work.
