My A/C unit stopped working during this most recent heat wave and I was fortunate enough that the Rylee team was able to send someone out right away. I want to give a special thank you to Guy, my service technician, who was not only able to determine the issue within minutes but he had it fixed in no time at all. Within the hour my AC was back up and running.

Thank You Bill, setting up an emergency appointment and stopping by at 11:00 pm to help resolve the issue was an example of great customer service by Rylee Home Services. I would not think for a minute before recommending them with family and friends. Bill was crisp and clear in explaining the issue, resolution, sharing information with warranty support company. He was constantly following up to make sure that the process does not stop because of lack of information.
He was on time as planned for replacing the defective part, was there to make sure that the system is working as expected. Helped me with information on all the questions I asked. Thank you again for making sure that the issue was resolved.
