Questions
Do you handle insurance roof claims?
Yes, we negotiate insurance claims and have secured additional compensation for missed scope items. We work with major carriers including State Farm, Allstate, Alfa, and USAA.
How long does a shingle reroof take?
Most shingle reroofs complete in 13 days depending on size. We protect landscaping with tarps and maintain daily cleanup standards throughout the project.
What roofing brands do you install?
While we prefer GAF shingles, we install any brand per customer preference. We're certified for McElroy Metal, IB Roof PVC systems, and multiple slate options.
Do you offer hail damage inspections?
Yes, we identify hail impacts and differentiate them from other roof wear. Insurance approval varies by carrier, but we document all findings thoroughly for claims processing.
How do you handle vehicle protection during work?
We request vehicles be moved away from the work area. We use tarps to control debris and magnets to collect nails, minimizing risks to property and vehicles during roof replacement.
What's your scheduling process?
We typically begin work within days of contract signing. Metal roofing requires additional time for panel rolling and trim preparation, usually about two weeks from deposit.

I had worked with someone else who wasn't able to diagnose the issue. Brad was able to come look at the problem the day I called, and quickly figured out where the issue could be. He worked with two others, and they worked well as a team. Brad is really conscientious! I like to ask questions and he and his team explained everything. The repair work will need to be on another day, but I'm already happy with Caldwell's Roofing.
