7-20-24 Called Autum AC Company on a Saturday for an AC unit maintenance issue. Fabian sent over Irving within a few hours. Irving diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced the capacitor with a new component and restored the AC unit to operation. Irving was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of AC operation and explained why the part that went bad. Of the three AC companies I called for service on a Saturday, Autumm AC had the lowest diagnosis fee and was able to respond the quickest. That's a win in my book! With an aging AC unit that has well exceeded its expected life span, at some point we'll contract with Autum AC to replace our unit.

Have been using Autumn Air for a while now. Just had them come out and replace my old unit which was installed by another company and have to say the care and attention to detail to get it right was way above the previous company. These guys were soooo nice. I know they're in business to sell and repair units but they are truly some nice guys! They gave us an estimate. We had a question. They came out with in the hour. Gave deposit and in 2 days we had our unit. They were polite, respectful, clean and informational. Never once balked at a question we asked or anything. What a difference! I would definately recommend them!

Fabian ad his coworker got to our house when they said they would, removed our old, dead A/C unit and replaced it very quickly and professionally. They were happy to answer our questions and let us watch when we wanted to. Before the job was done, any mess from the job was cleaned up. They even swept/mopped the garage floor where they had been working. Love our new A/C and thermostat, so glad we chose Autumn.
