So professional and friendly. Loved the online calendar to book appointment. Follow up phone call for exact service was warm and welcoming. Listened as I pointed out trouble spots for the carpet cleaning. Gave great directions for care afterwards. Efficient too. I wish I had before and after photos! Our dog chewed the carpet in two different places. I was able to get a quote (turned out to be 100% accurate) and book the carpet repair the next day. They were fast, friendly, and professional. You can't even see where the damage was! Thanks Steve's!
