Chem-Dry of Bend is a miracle! We needed two bedroom carpets cleaned upon moving out as per our lease agreement and called several other companies who all reported insanely high minimums despite the bedrooms being small, low-traffic, and in a non-smoking and non-pet owning household. (That's how simple the clean was - that we fell under the "minimum" pricing but it was still hundreds of dollars!) Imagine the relief to have finally found a company who provided impeccable work for a realistic price! Brandy was a complete angel getting our appointment set up over the phone.

She was sympathetic to our situation and answered all of our many questions - booking the appointment was quick and painless. We were provided options for services and for appointment times, we received a discount, and she even called the day before to confirm our service! Jared and Avery were our technicians - they showed up five minutes early and were incredible. They were personable, respectful of our space, and insanely efficient. The carpets smell/look better than they did when we moved in! We are beyond grateful to have found Chem-Dry and will continue to work with them into the future.

Troy did an amazing job on our carpet. All soil spots are gone and it looks like new again. The Chem-Dry process has changed for the better since my last experience with the company. I will definitely use this company again.

Very Professional and friendly, he did a wonderful Job, no harsh chemicals natural for pets, a little more money but the carpet dries within a couple of two three hours, the cleaning process they do doesn't soak your carpet and pad and that's why we went with this company instead of a regular carpet shampooer company. They will explain to you the whole process and what the difference is. Recommend this company highly.

Chem Dry has been cleaning our carpets regularly for several years now. This time around our carpets got so dirty I thought we'd have to replace them however, before doing that I figured we'd have them cleaned once more. Sure enough they turned out great! We'll be able to go at least one more year before replacing them! We highly recommend the professional team at Chem Dry!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! They are professional, reasonably priced and do AMAZING work! I've used them twice now; once for printer toner spilled on the carpet and again for dog vomit (blech!) both times they got the carpet back to looking brand new! Look no further for your carpet cleaning needs! Thank you Chem-Dry of Bend! We are SO happy!

This was the first time that I used Chem-Dry and I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their service. From first making an appointment with Brandy and then having Roger perform the cleaning their service was second to none. Both Brandy and Roger were very professional and explained the cleaning process in detail. My carpet now looks brand new and I will not hesitate in using their service again when needed. Thank you for a job well done.

I have used chem-dry of bend many times over the years always happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone! Positive Quality.

What great service! Contacted chem dry mid day after returning home to a liquid poo farm on our carpet from a sick dog. Michelle was able to come by around 5pm and clean it entirely within about 45 minutes. It was amazing! Great price too

We couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of work from Chem-Dry of Bend. These guys are true professionals. We have two dogs and two boys and you would never know it by looking at our now spotless carpets and couch.

We have almost 1200 square feet of slate flooring, and don't believe the previous owner(s) ever gave the floors a professional cleaning. After gathering three estimates, we were sold on the professionalism and experience of Chem-Dry of Bend. And, we could not be more pleased with the results! The slate looks almost brand new! Roger is a thorough perfectionist, and spent whatever time necessary to get the job done right. Also, and almost as important, he was very careful around adjacent flooring, as well as cabinetry and trim. Chem-Dry of Bend will be taking care of all our flooring needs. Mike D Bend

Everything about this company is excellent! They were extremely prompt at returning my phone call, they were able to arrive early to my appointment, the employees were all extremely friendly. I had a really bad pet area from where my cat boxes were, and I couldn't be happier with the pet treatment! The whole area is so much better!

Roger cleaned our carpets, tiles and hardwood floors, and they all look great now - highly recommendable
