Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method uses 80% less water than steam cleaning for faster drying. The carbonated solution penetrates deep into fibers to lift dirt and allergens, which are then extracted with powerful equipment. This method leaves no sticky residue, keeping carpets cleaner longer while reducing common allergens by up to 98% according to independent lab studies.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) uses UV light detection and molecular action to destroy urine crystals at their source. The process reaches deep into carpet padding and sub-floors to eliminate odors permanently, preventing re-soiling behavior in pets. This specialized treatment works on both fresh and old stains without damaging carpet fibers.
Upholstery Cleaning
Eco-friendly carbonated cleaning safely removes dirt and allergens from all fabric types without harsh chemicals. The low-moisture process prevents mold growth while preserving fabric integrity. Optional protectant application creates stain-resistant barriers, extending furniture lifespan between professional cleanings.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for synthetic and natural fiber rugs preserves colors and patterns while removing embedded allergens. Gentle yet effective process maintains rug integrity through proper pH-balanced solutions and controlled drying. Technicians handle delicate oriental and persian rugs with expert care during cleaning and reinstallation.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Non-toxic solutions and counter-rotating brushes clean deep into wood grain without damaging finishes. Minimal moisture application prevents warping while removing dirt buildup. Optional protective polish application enhances appearance and creates dirt-resistant surface for easier maintenance between professional cleanings.

These guys were great! We had 12k square feet of carpet to get done in my office building on a tight schedule. They got in done in 5 hours, and it only took a couple of hours to dry! They performed flawlessly, Our carpet had never been cleaned professionally, so I was skeptical on what could be done. Dirt and stains I thought were permanent, gone in seconds! I would recommend this business for your commercial needs.

We just purchased a 23 year old RV and wanted to have a professional cleaning performed due to easily visible stains, carpet coloring, ground in dirt, stains and upholstery cleaning as well. I cannot say enough for the work Brendan performed. He really did an excellent job. The difference between before and after was amazing. The previous musty odor is now gone and he completed by applying a protectant so hopefully this help in maintaining all aspects.

The only problem is now that everything is clean and looking so good we do not want to walk or sit down. All kidding aside. There is a cost associated however I am certain that if you see what he did verses what there was that there is no way I would have come close to accomplishing what he did and most certainly not at the quality. For us combined with the time saved and the awesome results this simply was worth it.

If I had pics I would send them but the email did not include the pics. I mean it when I say it comparing before and after pictures is worth a thousand words. Thanks again Brendan. Now we can travel this summer and enjoy.

I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning I had done from Chem-Dry. Zach was AMAZING! He was so polite, nice and very genuine. I had a terrible area of carpet that my cat used as a litterbox. Zach cleaned it up beautifully and it smelled so fresh and clean! He was done so quickly, too. He really went the extra mile! I was very impressed with his work! I highly recommend this company and especially my cleaner, Zach. I can't thank you enough!
