We needed a new water heater installed and we were so happy to have found Tim at Caswell Pumbing! He responded to our call immediately and was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. Knowing we had no hot water, he made it a priority to get to our home promptly. When he arrived he was professional and courteous as he entered our home.including putting covers on his boots! He did a fantastic job and the work area was spotless when he left. Tim is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with and would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

He guys are the real deal. They answer the phone should up on time called me when they were on the way. They cleaned up any mess and even washed the floor in the bathroom where they replaced my toilet. Thanks guys

We had a great experience using Caswell Plumbing and Heating. They were quick to return our call and set up a time with us. They assessed our leaking faucet and gave us a few options to go with for a replacement. They were very clean and courteous. We will definitely use their service again. We highly recommend them.
