Exterior House Painting
Our exterior house painting includes power washing, crack repair, and hand scraping of loose paint. We use 100% acrylic paints for durability, ensuring a finish that lasts 6-10 years. Projects include stucco, brick, and wood surfaces, with masking to protect surrounding areas.
Pool Deck Painting
Pool deck painting involves pressure washing, crack repair, and application of heat-reflective paints like Xcel Surfaces Top Coat. We mask adjacent surfaces and apply two coats for even coverage, ensuring slip resistance and UV protection for 3-6 years.
Block Wall Painting
Block wall painting includes pressure washing, priming unpainted surfaces, and spray application of tinted paint. We mask neighboring properties and use Eff-stop primer to prevent efflorescence, ensuring a uniform finish with one or two coats.
HOA Color Approval
We guide homeowners through HOA color approval processes, ensuring compliance with association rules. Customers must secure pre-approval before painting, as we do not communicate directly with HOAs.
Pool Deck Resurfacing
For severely damaged decks, we offer resurfacing including grinding loose material, crack repair, and applying textured coatings. This restores structural integrity and aesthetics, followed by painting for a seamless finish.

ABN Painters did a suburb job of repairing and resurfacing my cool decking. They are a bonded and insured contractor. and are reasonably priced. I discovered them through their YouTube videos. They started and completed my job on time as scheduled. Alex takes great pride, both in the outcome of the finished work and in earning your customer satisfaction. What a nice before and after difference it made to pool area! I am happy with their work and pleased with my decision to hire ABN Painters and to recommend them to my friends. ABN repaired and repainted our 1500 sq.ft. pool deck. The repairs were quite extensive but the result is better than new. They were reasonably priced, fast but thorough, always came as scheduled, and cleaned up completely. In summary, they were a pleasure to work with and I certainly can strongly recommend them for any painting project.

Very professional. Punctual. Polite. Did exactly what he said he would do when he said it would be done. I checked w 3 painters. His price was cheaper by $300-500. He used best paint and had to do several coats on areas because the house still had original coat of paint. Wish he painted indoors!

Alex of ABN did an amazing job on my backyard concrete walls! He was very easy to work with, he came out and gave me an estimate the very next day after I contacted him, and started the job a day earlier than stated. He came promptly at 8am like he said he would and the job was finished by the late afternoon. Very professional from start to finish.

I have used ABN painting services twice in the past 20 years to paint my house in Anthem Arizona. Alex the owner is very professional and courteous. He will explain everything he is going to do in great detail. He keeps in contact with you, giving updates or questioning you for approval if any changes are required. For me this was essential due to the fact that I live in NY. ABN provides you with quality of workmanship and service.

Alex from ABN Painting was professional, responsive, and did a fabulous job. He and his team showed up when scheduled. He delivered exactly what he promised at a price that was significantly less than any other bids I received. I also appreciated his thoroughness in managing expectations in both time and finished product. Even when I selected a color for the front door that did not come in a paint product that he recommended, he was able to deliver a 100% acceptable finished product. I have already recommended ABN Painting to a friend(whom is already scheduling his house for painting) and a number of other people that have seen the work his company did on my home.

Working with Alex of ABN Painting has been one of my best experiences ever with a contractor. The block wall in my back yard had previously been painted more than once and was various shade of gray and tan. Alex responded promptly to my call on a Saturday. He asked me to send him photos and to count the number of block wall sections. He then gave me a price and came out later that day with a contract.

The contract spelled out everything his company would and would not do. We scheduled the work to be done later that week. He asked me to choose a paint color and let him know of my selection the day before the project was to be done. He arrived on time and completed the project within 4 hours. My wall looks great - I couldn't be happier!
