Jason showed up on time, was very respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend Jason and Vent Gator. He did a thorough job and wonderful about answering all of my questions. He was very cautious of the promises, of my property, and explained everything to me. He knew I was concerned because my husband has Asthma and made sure each vent/duct was thoroughly sanitized. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend Vent Gator/Jason to anybody and everybody.

Tenant called that their new dryer was not drying clothes properly. It turned out to be a clogged dryer vent (potential fire hazard). The clog was caused by a metal grate placed in dryer vent that was not supposed to be there. Vent Gator removed metal grate and cleaned up the situation--Tenants were happy with the service and the dryer now dries their clothes.

Stuart from Vent Gator arrived at our house in Loma Linda to clean the ceiling vents. He was courteous, hard working and mannerly. He brought with him some large new looking equipment which sucked all the dirt and debris out of the vents after the vent covers were removed and cleaned. The vents in the room with the fireplace were particularly dirty due to smoke from the fire but are now clean. Stuart is a deligent worker and I would throughly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting their vents cleaned. Our house is 1,900sq feet and is a bungalow. The bill from Ventgator was $430

Great service showed up on time cleaned each vent duct out. Some had more dirt than others. Tech make sure everything was removed. They used sanitizer treatment as well at the end. I recommend them and would use them again. It took around 3 hours start to finish. Very professional. Positive Professionalism.

Jason was great! He explained the whole process of what he will be doing and explained in detail how everything went. Any questions I had or concerns he had the answer. They gave me a 2 hour window and he was there before the first hour was over. I told him how the previous owners of the house smoked so he ensured he would really take his time cleaning the vents and sanitizing extra. I left for a couple hours to let him work and when I came back I could already smell the difference! I can tell he really took his time. I highly recommend Vent Gator to anyone for HVAC or dryer duct needs.
