He explained what the problem was, recommended what not to use, and had the water running (without any sign of a clog) within 5-10 minutes! Very friendly and knowledgeable plumber. Appreciate this professional company. Will definitely recommended them to friends or anyone else that asks us, " Do you know a good plumber?" Thank you, Cesar!

Great service by Cesar. He called to let us know he was on the way. He unplugged the toilet drain with a snake and then gave us helpful tips to prevent reoccurance. We really appreciate his info. $37 for the unplugging service is reasonable. We called this morning and was here within a couple hours.
