Jonathan from Chem-Dry was amazing. He was on time and although efficient, never rushed. His work was precise and thorough. And, he was personable and easy to communicate with. The process they use removed ALL the smells from our dog and saved a very expensive Persian rug we thought was ruined. I would unconditionally recommend this company and Jonathan in particular to anyone!

It was a pleasure to talk with Sara when I first called to inquire about their service and to book an appointment. Then Jonathan arrived exactly on time & did a "walk through" with me, clearly explaining what he would do, what options I might elect, & what the cost would be. He then got right to work, diligently doing his job. Personable & professional from start to finish. Excellent company!
