Upholstery & Furniture Cleaning
Transform your living or workspace with Bay Breeze Chem-Dry's specialized upholstery and furniture cleaning services. Over time, upholstered furniture can accumulate dirt, dust, and allergens that affect its visual appeal and indoor air quality. Our meticulous cleaning methods are designed to remove stains and contaminants effectively, thereby enhancing the longevity and comfort of your furniture.
Stone, Tile & Grout Cleaning
Bay Breeze Chem-Dry offers specialized services in cleaning stone, tile, and grout to renew hard surfaces in residential and commercial properties. Over time, dirt and grime can build up within the porous surfaces of tile and grout, causing them to lose their shine and becoming a breeding ground for bacteria.
Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning method different?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, with carbonation lifting dirt instead of pushing it deeper. This preserves carpet fibers while ensuring faster drying.
Can you remove old pet stains?
Yes, our P.U.R.T. process detects hidden stains with UV light and breaks down urine crystals at the source, eliminating 99.9% of odors through molecular decomposition.
How often should carpets be cleaned?
Manufacturer recommendations suggest every 6-12 months depending on traffic. Homes with pets or children may benefit from more frequent professional cleanings.
Is the cleaning process safe for kids and pets?
All our solutions are non-toxic and EPA Safer Choice-certified. We recommend waiting until carpets are fully dry before resuming normal activity, typically 2 hours.
Do you move furniture during cleaning?
We move light furniture at no extra charge, using protective blocks during drying. Heavy items like electronics or grand pianos remain in place for safety.
What's included in the quoted price?
Our estimates include labor, equipment, and standard treatments. Additional charges apply for stain protection upgrades, extra fuel in Delaware/Baltimore City, and specialty treatments.

Matt was very knowledgeable and efficient with the cleaning. He was careful around my furniture, walls, etc. He was also courteous enough to put down towels at the entrances to my hardwood floors so we would not slip walking through the house! Great service at a great price!

Amazing results on my area rug, bedrooms, and kitchen granite. I appreciate the plastic under the area rug- I didnt have to worry about damaging my wood floors. The kitchen granite was cleaned and buffed, which resulted in a nice shine. I have two labs, so we added the citrus deodorizer where they lay the most, which lightly smells like fruit loops. Its not overpowering at all. I also appreciate how easy it is to reach a person, which is a BIG plus. So easy to schedule and reasonably priced. This was my third service and Im always pleased!

Great service by Chem Dry and the tech Josh. They were able to come out quickly to clean my carpets. Josh walked me through the process and gave his recommendations of what was needed for a proper cleaning. The end result was better than expected, some staining that we didnt expect to come out was gone. Would use again.

This company was a lifesaver! We hired them on extremely short notice for a move out clean; I tried to clean the carpet myself with a rental unit but couldn't get the stains or smells out. I booked them Sunday, they cleaned Monday morning, and, as usual, they did a great job. Chem Dry is a thorough clean, and this office is particularly good at their work. Many thanks!

Bay Breeze Chem-Dry gave us an estimate over the phone. We wanted to give them a try, and we did not regret our decision! They came and shampooed all the spaces we requested. It was done efficiently and the result was better than we expected. We will be using them again! I didn't use any of their other services, but they told me they do cleaning on hardwood floors, car interiors, furniture, and a couple of other items I don't remember. Check them out for those services also!

Josh came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He was honest and transparent about the job and made sure I was comfortable with each room being cleaned. Its hard to trust businesses and service techs now-a-days but Im glad he is out here changing the trajectory and showing that there still is truthful/sincere services out here. Lastly, the results were great!
