Chem-Dry Carpet Care of Lincoln professionally cleaned five rugs in our home that had never been professionally cleaned. We cant believe the difference in the colors and the texture of the carpets - the colors pop and they feel so soft. Chem-Dry also repaired the side of one of the carpets that was coming apart - we cant tell that the carpet was ever damaged! We highly recommend Chem-Dry to anyone who has carpets they value. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent! Chem-Dry added many years of life to our diverse carpets! Frank & Pat Urzedowski

Excellent experience! Arrived on time, even early! Polite, explained what they would be doing and the cost and then answered questions I had; they were very knowledgeable and got right to work, very careful to get all the areas done that I wanted. The carpet looks brand new! There are a couple of worn areas that still show so I asked about possibly patching those because the former home owners kept brand new large leftover carpet pieces. ChemDry will put me in touch with a specialist they use who does that. Im very happy with the job!

They do their best to refresh high traffic areas. I had a dirt stain from my indoor plant and sugar syrup that splashed and both are now gone! Ive been using Chem-Dry since 2020.

I had Chem Dry clean 2 area rugs for me. From asking if they could be saved to the return of the fresh rugs, things couldnt have gone better. The owner came to pick them up and took his time examining the materials and the stains on them. So knowledgeable! The rugs were delivered back to me Both rugs came out both looking and smelling great! Now thats service!

We hired them to clean a family member's new home before they moved in, to remove some pet stains in the basement carpet. They recommended the right services to get the stains out, and performed the work on time and on budget. Scheduling was easy, and the team was able to meet our tight timing window before they moved furniture in to the home.

Super quick and easy process working with chem dry. I called in the morning and they were in and out the same day by 1:00. Great quality job as well. I was having terrible allergies because of a previous home owner that lived in my apt before me. Now, I can breathe just fine and have had 0 problems.

Love that it's low-tox cleaning & was done very quickly. Wish the carpet cleaners would have taken their shoes off or put on shoe covers. Other than that a great experience.
